My World Moral Development Program
At the beginning of 2011, immediately after the holidays, we began a new course of creative lessons aimed at the moral education of our children. Everyone knows that friendship is a good thing. But how do you make friends with someone who is not interested in you? How to refrain from condemning someone when everyone around you does? During the lessons, we studied these and many other practical moments. After a discussion we draw or mould, as usual. But now, the subject is dictated by the theme we have just studied. Such a way of imprinting the new material makes the lessons as effective as possible.
The Moy Mir program has received an official review from the State Educational Institution ''Center for Development of Creativity of Children and Young People'' and has been approved by the Department of Education of the Dmitrov district. We have also received the benediction of Mother Aleksandra (Balabanova), Prioress of the Spaso-Vlakhernsky Convent and Father Grigory (Klimenko), Hegumen of the Nikolo-Peshnoshsky Monastery.
If you have any training games of your own which help children to become kinder and more tolerant to their faults and faults of other people, we will be glad to use them at our lessons. If you wish to learn about our experience, you are welcome to visit, call, or write to us. We are always glad to work together for the good of the children.
